The dam is 450 feet across the river's width, built to collect water for Seymour.

Since the plan was approved in 2018, the company said it has replaced or removed 54% of the lead service lines.

Customers will see average monthly rates increase about $24 a month.

The company says the mobile unit will provide some water quality improvement in the city, while a new water treatment facility is built.
