A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed Friday, Feb. 20, in Louisville's Jacobs neighborhood.

The shooting occurred in the 1600 block of Garland Avenue just before 10 p.m.

Police are investigating a fatal afternoon shooting on South 10th Street; no suspects identified at this time.

Officers were called to the 5400 block of Carol Way around 12:45 p.m. on a report that there was a deceased person inside a residence. 

A 53-year-old man died after a shooting in Louisville's Park Hill neighborhood on Saturday night.

LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating. Ellis said investigators believe "all parties" are accounted for. 

Officers were called to the 6600 block of Skyline Drive just before 6:30 p.m. Thursday on a reported shooting.

Louisville Metro Police officers were called to the Colonial Oaks Apartments, off Southside Drive and Colonial Oaks Court, at 2:38 p.m. Friday on the reported stabbing.

LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating, but has no suspects and has made no arrests.
