This is the first mother-daughter team to be inducted together since the hall of fame started.

Continuing a legacy of service to her community, the third annual Lesley Prather Empowerment Camp is happening this week at the Louisville Fire Training Academy.

The Lesley & Rhyan Prather Foundation and Shirley's Way are partnering to fund the installation of the boxes at the Louisville and Pleasure Ridge Park fire departments in 2024.

Many family members were in attendance on Thursday for the court dedication. 

It was funded by the Lesley and Rhyan Prather Foundation.

Vincent Crutcher was shot outside his home on Breckenridge Lane on June 23 and later died at the hospital, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.

The Lesley and Rhyan Prather Foundation is partnering with the Louisville Fire Department for a new summer program.

Loved ones are working to show it's possible something positive can come from such deep loss.

Volunteers with the Lesley and Rhyan Prather Foundation delivered donations to Norton Women and Children's Hospital on Tuesday.

Family and friends have set up the Lesley and Rhyan Prather Foundation to help women, children, and families in need and eventually create scholarships.
