4th person charged in teen's fatal shooting after reported drug-related burglary in southern Indiana
Hunter Blaine Rowley, 17, of Pekin, was found shot in his crashed vehicle around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 13.
Troopers said Jessica Lambert, 35, of Pekin; Kendall Cline, 20, of Salem; and Ethan D. Edison, 22, of Salem were taken into custody on felony charges.
Indiana State Police are investigating an inmate's death at a county jail.
Bragman's family, police and the Indiana United Search and Rescue Team organized a search for Bragman after he was reported missing to Salem Police on Nov. 17.
ISP said the alleged abuse happened on Aug. 2 in Washington County.
Police are still investigating, and ask anyone who may have seen suspicious activity or has any information about this case to contact ISP.
Their conditions are unknown at this time.
Ty Sweeney graduated from Salem High School in 2022, and is now elected to serve on the district board of education.
ISP said William Salyer, 62, of Salem, called an Arizona man back in July. Salyer left two voicemails with the man, saying he was an ISP detective.
Darrin Mitchell, 19, was arrested on Tuesday by Salem Police Department and is being held in the Washington County jail.
