Bullitt County man arrested after skulls, human remains found in home to plead guilty on gun charges
While searching his home, investigators found 40 human skulls, spinal cords, femurs and hip bones. The skulls were decorated and around furniture in the apartment. One of the skulls had a head scarf around it, while another was on Nott's bed.
The school's principal said the gun "was never used in a threatening manner."
In a letter sent to families, Ballard High School Principal Jason Neuss said a student from another school was arrested for having a gun during the game.
Devine is charged with possession of child pornography, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and possession of marijuana.
He was taken into custody Wednesday.
