LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The high school football players of Week 11 brought the heat from around Louisville and southern Indiana as the season winds down. 

With an overwhelming 85% of the votes, the WDRB Sports Player of the Week for Week 11 is Providence High School wide receiver Jacob Evans. 

Evans scored three touchdowns in the first half of the Pioneers' win over Springs Valley including a 65-yard score.

Here's how the voting broke down:

  1. Evans: 85.2%
  2. Ja'Hyde Brown, Christian Academy of Louisville wide receiver: 8.8%
  3. Noah Price, duPont Manual wide receiver: 6%
