LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- After a close vote for week 4, Providence wide receiver Trevor Unruh is the WDRB Sports Player of the Week.
Last Friday, the Clarksville Generals tipped a pass into Unruh's arms, and he sprinted down the opposite end for a touchdown as the Pioneers crushed the Generals, 62-0.
The Pioneers are coming off a Class 1A State Championship last year, and is 3-1 for the season.
Here's how the voting broke down:
- Unruh: 41.3%
- Cross Watson, Trinity wide receiver: 30.3%
- Colin Daniels, North Oldham quarterback: 28.5%
