LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville City FC set a new club record for wins in a season after a comeback against Tampa Bay Rowdies on Saturday.

After falling behind in the second half, LouCity scored twice for a 2-1 win over the visitors at Lynn Family Stadium.

Arturo Ordóñez kicked in the winning goal five minutes into the second half stoppage time. LouCity improved to 23-6-3 with the win.

“There’s not a question in my mind that when we went a goal down here that the group felt we were going to win the game,” LouCity coach Danny Cruz said. "That’s a powerful thing to have going into the playoffs — believing that no matter what’s thrown at you that you that you can put yourself in position to win the game."

Lewis Hilton scored the game's first goal in the 61st minute. Sean Totsch evened the score by burying a penalty in the 71st minute.

Last week, LouCity clinched a regular season title and No. 1 overall playoff seed.

LouCity next plays at San Antonio FC on Oct. 19 at Toyota Field.
