More than half of TARC's 30 bus routes could see changes from the "Saturday Plus" plan.
This year's theme is "The Periodic Elements of Louisville." The bus will debut in the Pegasus Parade this Sunday.
TARC will provide free access to polling places on May 21. TARC will operate its normal service on all fixed routes on Primary Election Day.
