The results from 2021 come from tests centered around the Environmental Protection (EOA) regulated substances at treatment plants, within the distribution system, and at select customers' taps.
According to a news release, Louisville Water Company was presented with the highest award possible from the American Water Works Association's Partnership for Safe Water.
Officials said they get calls every year about internal water lines freezing or bursting during the winter months.
