On July 1, a new TIF district called the West End Opportunity Partnership District takes effect, covering nine neighborhoods in the west end.
The district covers nine neighborhoods: Algonquin, California, Chickasaw, Parkland, Park DuValle, Park Hill, Portland, Russell and Shawnee.Â
The study compared 150 of the largest U.S. cities.
