Attorneys say police had the wrong home and that the suspect they were looking for was already in custody before the raid.
A suspected drug dealer Louisville police were looking for on the night they shot and killed EMT Breonna Taylor had made “frequent trips” to her home where he had been receiving packages, according to the search warrant allowing officers to raid Taylor’s home.
Attorney General Daniel Cameron's office will be responsible for determining if any charges will brought against the officers involved in the raid.
