LOUISIVLLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Frazier Museum will host a community conversation on Tuesday about a hospital coming to Louisville's west end.
The new Norton West Louisville Hospital will open in November at 28th Street and West Broadway in the Parkland neighborhood. It's the first hospital that will be built in the city's west end in more than 150 years.
Guests will meet the newly announced leadership team and learn about services that the hospital will offer during the event at the museum in downtown Louisville. Russell F. Cox, president and CEO of Norton Healthcare, and Corenza Townsend, chief administrative officer of Norton West Louisville Hospital, will discuss the historic opening.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m., followed by an open house in the Great Hall from 5:30-6 p.m. A program will be held in the Brown-Forman Theatre from 6-6:30 p.m. People can meet the leadership team from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
The hospital will include an emergency room, primary care offices, inpatient and outpatient services as well as community space and retail pharmacy.
