David Sparks

David Sparks was arrested in July and charged with abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence after human remains were found at a rural Garrard County home.

David Sparks will be formally sentenced in Gerrard County on Dec. 17. 

David Sparks pleaded guilty in Dec. 2020 to killing the Kentucky mom.
