LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — An alleged hazing incident at an Indiana University fraternity house sent two people to the hospital.

University police said the incident was reported on Tues., Oct. 21, but it happened during the late night hours of Oct. 15 at the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, as reported by FOX59

Police have not provided any details on the incident, but an IU Police crime notice confirmed the university issued the fraternity a cease and desist order, forcing them to stop all activities.

Hazing has been an ongoing issue at IU Bloomington.

In June, the university's Lambda Chapter of Sigma Chi was ordered to cease all operations until fall 2028 after a hazing investigation.

The Acacia Fraternity was also kicked off campus in 2021 after social event complaints and hazing allegations.
