LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A two-year-old girl from Kentucky got a major surprise from the headlining performer at Kentuckiana Pride Festival on Saturday.
Juliet Wasson is one of Chappell Roan's youngest fans. Juliet and her mother drove to Louisville from Lexington for the Kentuckiana Pride Festival at the Big Four lawn in Waterfront Park to see Roan for the young girl's first concert.
Chappell Roan has skyrocketed in popularity this year. She was an opening act for Oliva Rodrigo's GUTS tour. She's also performing at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival this Sunday.

Juliet was decked out in an all-pink outfit for the show. Little did Juliet know, Chappell's PR team saw the story on WDRB News earlier this week and wanted to surprise Juliet with a meet and greet.
Juliet was surprised and told the artist "I love you." She also got hugs from Roan.Â
After meeting Chappell, they watched the concert just a few rows from the stage. Wasson said seeing Chappell Roan headline the Kentuckiana Pride Festival will be a memory they will cherish for a lifetime.
After the concert, they stayed at Waterfront Park for about 30 minutes because people recognized Juliet from TikTok and formed a line to take photos with the young child.Â
Festival organizers said that all 25,000 tickets have been sold for the first time in its 24-year history.
