LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police arrested two southern Indiana women for allegedly failing to report a dead body.

The Jennings County Sheriff's Office was called Tuesday to a home in North Vernon, Indiana, on a report that a man died. When deputies arrived, they realized the man had been dead for much longer than the caller told dispatchers.

The coroner determined the man died hours before. Detectives said 46-year-old Tina Pelsor admitted she didn't give police an accurate timeline.

They searched the home and found 57-year-old Wanda Arnold hiding in a closet. Officers also reportedly found meth and drug paraphernalia inside.

The coroner is working to determine the cause of the man's death, but police don't suspect foul play.

Both women now face several drug charges along with failure to report a dead body and obstruction of justice.
