LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Adair County man was arrested in connection to a sexual abuse investigation.
Kentucky State Police said an investigation began Thursday after troopers received a report that 21-year-old Nathan Rybicki, of Columbia, Kentucky, was sending sexually explicit messages on social media to a 15-year-old.
KSP said Rybicki engaged in "inappropriate sexual contact" with the 15-year-old. He was arrested Friday and charged with rape, sodomy and procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means.
Rybicki was booked in the Adair County Detention Center.
