LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Eastern Kentucky University football player and his father were arrested and charged with assaulting one of the team's coaches.

According to their arrest citations, Charles Ingram V and his father, Charles Ingram IV, started a fight in the parking lot after Saturday's game against Tarleton State.

Police said video shows the player's father punching EKU assistant coach Rashad Watson in the face.

Seconds later, his son ran over and also struck Watson. The fight was reportedly over a disagreement with Watson's coaching.

The Ingrams are charged with assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

EKU has suspended Ingram from the team.
