LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville man was arrested in Nashville and charged in connection to a Shelbyville man's murder in August.
Shelby County Sheriff's Office said in a Facebook post Wednesday that 24-year-old Levi Jones was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee on Tuesday, Sept. 30.
Davidson County, Tennessee jail records show Jones is being held on a $100,000 bond.Â
Jones is the fourth person to be arrested and charged in the murder of 58-year-old Tim Ethington.
Last month, authorities said Jeremiah James, 23, of Louisville, and Madison Greenwell, 21, of Shelbyville, were arrested in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.Â
Rodney Isgrigg, 21, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, was arrested in Louisville and also charged with murder.Â

Shelby County Sheriff's Office said Greenwell and Isgrigg are now in the Shelby County Jail, and James and Jones are awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
Around 5:10 p.m. Aug. 21, 2025, the Shelby County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a person who had been found unresponsive in the Spring Oaks Estates neighborhood.
When deputies arrived, they found Ethington dead inside his residence.
