LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, robbery and other charges in court Friday after allegedly posting a video on social media showing him threatening people with a gun.
According to court documents, 24-year-old Daquan Smith posted a video to his Facebook and Instagram accounts in September 2025 showing him pointing a gun at three victims.
In the video, he tells them to strip naked and commands them to walk outside while threatening them and kicking them.
Police also found on Smith's social media accounts pictures and videos of him holding and shooting guns when he wasn't allowed to have guns due to being a convicted felon.
On Friday in court, a judge set Smith's bond at $250,000 cash. He is due back in court at 9 a.m. Feb. 6.
