LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville man has been indicted in connection with a deadly shooting earlier this year.
According to court records, 33-year-old Victor Presley Jr. was indicted Thursday on charges of murder, receiving stolen property involving a firearm, and two counts of being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun and a firearm.
The charges stem from a shooting that happened Sept. 14, 2025, around 10:55 a.m. in the 700 block of East Muhammad Ali Boulevard.
According to his citation, Presley was arrested on Nov. 4 after being stopped by police in a car that was later discovered stolen. Police got a search warrant for his home and found a stolen handgun, which Presley admitted was his.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 5, 2026, in Jefferson County District Court.
