LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was arrested Tuesday and charged in connection to a fatal shooting at the Dosker Manor apartments in Louisville earlier this month.
Louisville Metro Police said Enus Delaneo Stovall, 51, was arrested and charged with the murder of Daniel West, 32.
The shooting happened at the subsidized apartments in the city's Phoenix Hill neighborhood around 6 p.m. Jan. 13.
When police arrived, they found West, who had been shot. He was taken to UofL Hospital where he later died, according to police.
LMPD said Tuesday that officers arrested Stovall on South Floyd Street after receiving information on his whereabouts.Â
Stovall is being held at Metro Corrections in downtown Louisville. He will be arraigned in court Wednesday morning.
