NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WDRB) -- A Clarksville woman remains in the Floyd County jail without bond after being charged with murdering a New Albany man.
Tirzah Linson, 26, had her first hearing at the Floyd County Circuit Court Thursday.
Shortly after going before the judge, Floyd County Prosecutor Chris Lane shared what he said is evidence for her arrest warrant.
"At this time, these are all the charges we anticipate," Lane said. "We do not anticipate any other defendants at this time."
The house that 68-year-old Gary Reid lived and died in is on 11th Street, which isn't too far from downtown New Albany.

Indiana State Police said Jeffersonville officers first got the call Tuesday night to check on a suicidal woman, Linson, in the Meijer parking lot. According to the detectives, Linson was found in Reid's maroon Monte Carlo with blood on her shirt.
Police said Linson told officers she "hurt someone." After talking to her, officers knew they needed to conduct a welfare check on a home in New Albany. They found Reid dead with a head injury.
"It's been an intense three weeks in our community," Lane said. "That's why we have the great police officers, and this prosecuting office seeks to hold justice for the victims in this community."
Reid lived with his brother, who told police that Linson had been staying on their porch for two weeks. He also said the two were arguing in the backyard.
Prior to getting arrested, Linson's aunt told police that Linson said Reid wanted to touch her and made a comment he wanted to have sex with her.
Reid's family showed up in court Thursday. They did not want to speak or this story but were noticeably upset.
"It does take a toll on them," Floyd County Chief Deputy Prosecutor Liz Stigdon said. "It does affect them. They are human beings. These are emotional cases. These are things that most people don't see in their lifetime."
It's unclear how Reid and Linson initially met.
Neighbors said earlier this week that Reid had a history of taking in people without a home and struggling with substance abuse to try and help them.
