LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A second arrest was made regarding a shooting at a west Louisville liquor store in December.

Rayvonte Humphries, 33, was arrested Wednesday after police said he rode his bike to Lorie's Liquors and shot a man in the stomach.

According to LMPD spokesman Matthew Sanders, the shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. inside Lorie's Liquors in the 2300 block of West Market Street. A police report said several people were drinking inside the store when shots were fired from outside.

The man Humphries shot had to have surgery, but did survive.

Another man, 33-year-old Jacori Doyle, was also arrested at the store after he fired several shots at no particular target and then drove away. He was charged with wanton endangerment and DUI.

Humphries is charged with assault and wanton endangerment.
