LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Arson investigators are looking into what caused a fire at a Jefferson County Public Schools building mid-Friday morning.
A JCPS spokesperson said the fire happened in the Health Science building at Marion C. Moore High School.
Louisville Metro Arson responded to the scene as the district assesses any damage, the spokesperson said. Arson investigators pointed to JCPS for information.
JCPS said the school will open as planned when students go back to class next Thursday, Aug. 7.
