LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A death investigation is underway after crews battling a fire at a residence in Trimble County found a body inside.
Kentucky State Police said in a news release Friday that the Bedford Fire Department responded to the residence on South Carlisle Road on Thursday on reports of a fire.
That's where firefighters found the body, which has been taken to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy, toxicology tests and identification.
