LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Funeral arrangements for southern Indiana golf legend Fuzzy Zoeller were released.
A public visitation will be held from 1-5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12 at St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church, 5719 St. Mary's Road in Floyds Knobs, according to his obituary.Â
A private funeral Mass will be held for family and invited guests. Zoeller, a New Albany native, will be buried at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions made in Zoeller's memory to St. Mary of the Knobs, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Folds of Honor.
Zoeller, born Frank Urban Zoeller Jr., died Thursday, Nov. 27 at the age of 74. Zoeller was the last player to win the Masters on his first attempt, a three-man playoff in 1979, but it was his comments about Tiger Woods after the 1997 Masters that changed his popularity. Â
