LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- More than 12 million vehicles in the U.S. are recalled because of an air bag problem.
Honda, Fiat Chrysler, Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, Ferrari and Mitsubishi all posted recalls today. The automakers say Takata air bag inflators can explode with too much force.
That can send shrapnel into drivers and passengers, particularly when the car is exposed to humidity and repeated hot and cold cycles.
