LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A fire damaged three homes in the Irish Hill neighborhood early Thursday morning, according to Louisville Fire.
Louisville Fire spokesman Donovan Sims said fire officials responded to a call of a house fire at the 1200 block of Hull Street around 5 a.m. Thursday.
Upon arrival, crews found a two-story home engulfed in flames.
Extra equipment was immediately requested due to the extent of the fire and for exposure protection to the homes close by.
There were reports that all three homes could be occupied, but crews performed searches and confirmed the reports to be negative.
Sims said it took 35 firefighters 50 minutes to gain control of the fire.
There were no injuries reported, but Louisville Fire said one person was displaced from the fire.
LFD Arson will be investigating the cause of the fire.
