LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new dining option is on the way to Bardstown Road, where chef Dallas McGarity plans to bring a fresh take on Italian cuisine.
McGarity, founder of The Fat Lamb and winner of Food Network’s "Chopped" in 2019, will debut Cipollini at 1606 Bardstown Road — the former home of LouVino — according to our partners Louisville Business First.
He said the concept will put a modern spin on Italian dishes while keeping familiar flavors at the center of the menu.
An opening date has not been announced. McGarity expects to share more details in early 2026.
LouVino closed at the location in September 2024 after 10 years in business, and the space has sat empty since.
