LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A pedestrian died late Wednesday on Bardstown Road after being struck by a vehicle.
Louisville Metro Police Department said a passenger vehicle was heading north on Bardstown Road near Dreams End Drive at about 11:30 p.m. when it hit a woman who was walking on the shoulder in darkness.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said they expect no charges to be filed.
