On the last Friday in February, there's a common theme in Louisville's east end, west end and even across the bridge.
Now, the owners say it won't be able to work at Friday's event in Charlestown because the theft set them back by thousands of dollars.
It will be opened Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
