Louisville Metro Police said officers responded just before 10 p.m. Feb. 12 to a shooting in the 1600 block of Garland Avenue.

The shooting happened around 5:40 p.m. May 1 in the 3200 block of West Kentucky Street.

Officers were called to the 3500 block of Parthenia Avenue just after 8 p.m. Friday on a reported shooting.

Officers were called to the 1500 block of Belmar Drive at 7:30 p.m. Thursday on a reported shooting.

Jermia Offutt, 28, was shot and killed in the 4100 block of West Broadway on Aug. 13, 2025. 

A man is dead and another is injured after a shooting in Louisville's Parkland neighborhood Saturday night.

Police said the victim was pronounced dead on the scene.

Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Aaron Ellis said officers responded to a shooting on Bardstown Road at the intersection of Baxter Avenue around 3:30 a.m.

Louisville Metro Police is asking for the public's help to identify the victim of a fatal shooting in the Jacobs neighborhood.

LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating but has no suspects and has made no arrests.
