LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 19-year-old man was identified Tuesday as the victim of a fatal shooting in Louisville's Park Hill neighborhood.
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office said Tuesday that Kaveion Talbert died from multiple gunshot wounds Dec. 27 at UofL Hospital.
Aaron Ellis, a spokesman for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to the area of South 26th and Dumesnil streets on a reported shooting just before 8:30 p.m. Dec. 27.
Once on scene, officers found Talbert, who had been shot multiple times. He was taken to UofL Hospital, where he died.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating but has no suspects and has made no arrests.
