The crash happened about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at Newburg Road and Bishop Lane in Louisville's Bashford Manor neighborhood.
They were alert and conscious at the scene and transported to Norton Children's with minor, non-life-threatening injuries.
The pedestrian was transported to UofL Hospital with critical injuries, Bradley said.
It happened on S. Hurstbourne Parkway near S. Watterson Trail.
The driver of the car remained on scene and called 911 for help.
Louisville Metro Police said Thursday it's looking for the vehicle that struck a pedestrian in the area of Baxter and Morton Avenues.
According to the Shepherdsville Police Department, officers responded on a reported pedestrian stuck in the lot of Arvato at 3540 South Preston Highway.
The accident happened last Thursday.
The accident closed the right three lanes of I-65 South at the 2.8 mile marker around 8:30 p.m., according to police.
