An 18-year-old man is dead after a shooting Thursday night in Radcliff, Kentucky.
A retired police officer in Radcliff, Kentucky who was arrested on Jan. 4 for charges that included rape and sodomy has died.
Police said all parties have been accounted for.
Roshad Bowser-Highsmith, 33, was arrested Monday afternoon on charges of complicity to murder, robbery and attempted murder.
