LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Swifties are rolling up their sleeves for a good cause and the chance to win concert tickets through the Kentucky Blood Center.
KBC is hosting a Taylor Swift ticket giveaway.Â
Anyone who donates blood at a KBC location through Saturday, June 29, will be entered to win two tickets to Swift's Nov. 3 "Eras Tour" show in Indianapolis and a $500 Visa gift card.
Donors will also get a Swift-inspired t-shirt that says "It's me, hi, I'm the hero it's me," and a friendship bracelet, or two movie passes instead of a shirt.
Kentucky Blood Center will give donors a t-shirt when they give between May 28 to June 29.
KBC said it has seen an uptick in donations since the drive started in May, "thanks in large part to first-time donors." In three weeks, KBC said more than 1,000 donors gave blood for the first time.
Blood collected by KBC goes to more than 70 hospitals across Kentucky where it's used for surgeries, diseases like cancer, trauma, organ transplants, premature births and more.
KBC donor centers are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donors must be at least 17 years old, or 16 with a parent's permission.Â
