LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police have arrested a second person in connection with a double murder at a Waffle House in Radcliff, Kentucky, this summer.
Darien McGary was arrested on a warrant after he was indicted by a grand jury. According to court documents, McGary is accused of helping in the deaths of Shane Estrada, 18, and Carlos Bello, 30.
McGary is now facing two charges of complicity to murder and complicity to robbery. He's being held in jail on a $500,000 bond.
Estrada and Bello were found shot just before 4 a.m. on July 22 at the Waffle House on Dixie Highway. Days later, police arrested McGary's codefendant, Roshad Bowser-Highsmith.
Police said Bowser-Highsmith was caught on surveillance talking to someone about taking a gun from one of the victims. Court documents state he "assisted with the plan" and later admitted to his involvement.
Radcliff Police Chief Jeffrey Cross said Monday the case is still under investigation.
