LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new restaurant is open in Louisville's Highlands neighborhood, but it has a familiar look to it.
Señora Arepa is now open on Baxter Avenue in the former Taco Luchador spot, which closed in January. Both restaurants are owned by the Ole Restaurant Group.
The restaurant focuses on Venezuelan cuisine. The new location will offer full service and cocktails.
The Ole Restaurant Group said they wanted to focus on sit-down restaurants in the city.
This is the second Señora Arepa location. It's original NuLu location, which was fast casual, relocated to St. Matthews last year as a sit-down restaurant.
At one point, Louisville had four Taco Luchador locations, but that number is now down to just two: one in St. Matthews and the newest location in Jeffersontown.
