LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville tow company owner was killed in a crash on an interstate in eastern Kentucky Saturday.
Hubert Mosby died in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 64. Mosby was the previous owner and founder of A & M Towing.
According to police, the crash happened on I-64 near the 185 mile marker in Boyd County March 29. When police arrived on scene, they found the 78-year-old man lying on the shoulder of the roadway near his vehicle.
Police said Mosby was attending to a medical issue with his vehicle when he was hit by an unknown vehicle, which then fled the scene.
"Hubert is one of the best ever," Mosby's Towing & Transport posted on Facebook. "Will be missed greatly...condolences to everyone."
