LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A family in Lexington could use some trick-or-treaters in May.

A child ordered 30 cases of Dum-Dums, which include 2,300 lollipops in each box, LEX18 reported this week. The family now has nearly 70,000 lollipops.

"Liam ordered 30 cases of Dum-Dums and Amazon will not let me return them," Holly LaFavers posted on Facebook.

The boxes, which are still sealed, are listed for $132.95 on Amazon. At that price, 30 cases of Dum-Dums would cost $3,988.50 before tax.

LaFavers said she contacted Amazon when she realized what happened.

"They originally told me to reject the delivery and they would refund my money," LaFavers said. "The driver never knocked or rang the doorbell so now they will not take them back."

LaFavers said the family resold all the cases for $130 a box.
