LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- There has been a new twist in the sex scandal involving former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle.
The first victim shared her story with Phil McGraw of the television show Dr. Phil today. Sixteen-year-old Analissa says former executive director of the Jared Foundation, Russell Taylor, manipulated her.
"He was telling me that at 16, it was legal to have sex with anybody at any age and he had me convinced to do that," she said.
She claims she stayed at Taylor's house with a few of her friends, and he often bought them alcohol.
She says Taylor secretly videotaped her undressing, and the tapes may be among those sent to Fogle.
Fogle pleaded guilty to child pornography and sex crimes. That could get him over 12 years in prison.
