LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- You can get paid to take a free class with Yellow Ambulance. 

The company is offering full-time employment with pay at the start of an EMT class. To do this, you apply with Yellow Ambulance as an EMT trainee and then sit through an eight-week class.  

Yellow Ambulance says it's looking for at least a two-year commitment.

"They are our employees from the day...they sat down in this class," said Cassandra Mahurin, a human resources generalist. "That's the idea, is we want to hire you on to work for us."

Classes are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
