A man was killed and three children were flown to Louisville after a two-car crash Tuesday morning on Highway 421 North in Milton, Kentucky.

A 13-year-old was identified Monday after a car crashed into three teen girls in Shively.

The car was found Sunday afternoon on U.S. 150.

Officers were called to a reported crash involving a bicyclist and a vehicle in the 6800 block of Crittenden Drive, off Grade Lane, around 9:30 p.m. Monday.

Police responded to the crash on I-71 North approaching Interstate 265 around 3:15 p.m., Louisville Metro Police Spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said.

Officials said the ambulance carrying two EMS workers was responding to a call on State Road 62, near River Ridge Parkway, when it crashed around 12:35 p.m.

Police said the deputy was on patrol when the crash happened Wednesday afternoon in Austin, Indiana.

LMPD said the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

LMPD Spokesperson Alicia Smiley said it happened just after 4 p.m. at Mud and Smith lanes in south Louisville.
