A third-party review was done by Hillard Heintze, a security risk management firm that recently reviewed Louisville Metro Police Department. 

Mayor Greg Fischer said the dashboard is in response to dozens of recommendations made in the Hillard Heintze independent review of LMPD policy and procedures.

DOJ investigations met with the community in a Zoom conference Wednesday night.

The survey is available through 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 27.

The surveys will target Louisville residents and employees of the police department.
