Brian Harvey, 41, is charged with murder in connection with the June 4 fatal shooting of 44-year-old Clinton "CJ" Henderson.

Dana Dubey died just after midnight Sunday, June 21, in the 13900 block of South Blakely Lane.

Police said a man was shot in the 1000 block of Bardstown Road and drove a short distance before the crash.
