LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating and "actively pursuing leads."
The man was taken to University of Louisville Hospital with injuries that are believed to be non-life threatening, police said.
Officers were able to render aid until EMS arrived and transported the teen to UofL Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The woman was believed to be in her 20s.

Investigation revealed he was shot in the "vicinity of the 2500 block of West Main," according to Bradley.
The shooting happened about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday on Lampton Street.
Aaron Ellis, a spokesman for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded on a reported shooting in the 1000 block of West Broadway shortly before 9 a.m.
The woman was transported to UofL Hospital, and Sanders said she is expected to survive.
