Crews work on the Sherman Minton Bridge on Aug. 2, 2023.

Engineers with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and the Indiana Department of Transportation finalized plans for emergency repairs of the Kentucky Approach that shut down the bridge July 27.
Crews are working to make the repairs and get the lane reopened as soon as possible.
The right lane of Interstate 64 West, on the top deck of the bridge, heading into Indiana will close at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8.Ā
