LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A winning Kentucky Lottery ticket that gives players $25,000 annually was sold in Bullitt County.

According to a news release, the winning ticket was sold at Cut Rate Liquors at 185 Delaina Drive in Mt. Washington. The Lucky For Life ticket matched the first five numbers drawn, but not the Lucky Ball. It clinched the game's second prize of $25,000 a year for life.

Kentucky Lottery said the prize has a minimum 20-year payout or the winner can take the $390,000 cash option. Kentucky Lottery said the winning numbers were 2-11-25-30-31, with a Lucky Ball of 7.

The winner should sign the back of their tickets, keep the ticket in a secure location and claim their prize within 180 days from the date of drawing.

The winner must claim their prize at lottery headquarters in 1011 W. Main Street in Louisville. People can call 877-789-4532 to make an appointment.
